Welcome, we are so glad you found WHOLE AXIS
Whole Axis is a nutrition and wellness practice that supports whole-body health by strengthening the gut–brain axis and the systems it influences, including digestion, mood, energy, hormones, and metabolic health.
We work with adults and families, including neurodivergent individuals, to improve digestion, energy, mental health, mood, learning, metabolic regulation, and overall resilience using personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies that adapt across different stages of life.
Our Philosophy
The body is designed to work as a connected system
Gut health and brain health are deeply intertwined
Symptoms are signals, not failures
Nutrition should support regulation, resilience, and long-term health
Healing looks different at different stages of life
We work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique physiology, history, lifestyle, and goals and build strategies that support real life, not continued diet culture or perfection. We intentionally move away from rigid diet culture and extreme protocols. Our work prioritizes nourishment, regulation, and sustainability over restriction or perfection.

Our mission is simple.
At Whole Axis, we take a whole-body approach to health, grounded in the understanding that the body does not function in isolated parts. Our work is informed by the science of the gut–brain and HPA axis, which play a central role in how we feel, think, digest, regulate weight, respond to stress, and move through different stages of life. When communication between the gut, brain, nervous system, and endocrine system is disrupted, symptoms often emerge across multiple areas at once, including digestion, mood, focus, hormonal balance, metabolic regulation, energy, sleep, and neurodivergent traits. Rather than chasing individual symptoms, we focus on supporting the body as an integrated system. Nutrition anchors our work, but sustainable health involves more than diet alone. We take a comprehensive approach that includes lifestyle support, targeted supplementation when appropriate, functional lab insights, movement and exercise guidance, stress regulation, and environmental influences that affect how the body adapts over time. We offer personalized, functional nutrition and lifestyle support for adults and families seeking meaningful, lasting improvements in health. We work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique physiology, history, lifestyle, and goals, building strategies that support real life rather than continued diet culture or perfection. Our approach intentionally moves away from rigid rules and extreme protocols, prioritizing nourishment, regulation, and sustainability as foundations for long-term health.
